Our jewelry is made from premium quality materials, including sterling silver, gold, and highest quality gold plate paired with a rainbow of fine gemstones such as sapphires, rubies, emeralds, diamonds, cubic zirconia and more.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Caring for your Pan American Gem pieces is simple. To maintain their shine, gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after wearing it. Store each piece in a dry place, away from other jewelry to prevent scratches. For a deeper clean, use mild soap and water, and avoid exposing your jewelry to harsh chemicals or extreme temperatures.
How do you ship your jewelry?
We ship your purchases promptly via USPS (free of charge). All of our items are packaged in carefully selected gift boxes.
Where are your products made?
Many are made for us right in our local jewelry district by select master jewelers. Others are domestically sourced or imported from respected manufacturers in Italy, China, India and Thailand. Our vintage and antique pieces are either new, from old stock or sourced from diverse locations globally.
